Privacy

How this website handles personal information.

1. Controller and contact

The controller is Gergo Vodli, trading as GV Home, Industriestraße 30A, 68519 Viernheim, Germany. Further details are provided in the legal notice.

Privacy enquiries: gvhausmeisterservice@gmail.com.

2. Website features

This website describes our services and accommodation and displays our photos and videos. Email links open your email application. A message is only sent when you send it yourself.

The website’s own code sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers, externally hosted fonts or persistent browser storage. Languages are provided on separate pages. Technical hosting logs are addressed below.

3. ALL-INKL hosting and access data

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owned by René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. ALL-INKL operates its hosting infrastructure in Germany.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with ALL-INKL in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.

When a page is requested, technically necessary connection data is processed, including the IP address and the requested file. This enables content delivery and the reliable, secure operation of the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is operating a reliable and secure website.

Website access logging configurable through our hosting account is disabled. IP addresses are therefore not stored in these access logs, and no statistical analysis based on these logs takes place. No retention period applies to these access logs because they are not created. Connection data processing that is technically necessary to deliver the website and secure the hosting service is unaffected.

Further information: ALL-INKL privacy information (German).

4. Images and videos

Photos, the logo, videos and poster images are files supplied with this website. They are not loaded from Wix, YouTube or other external video platforms. The hosting information applies to their delivery. The background video may load when the home page opens.

5. Contact by email and telephone

When you email us, we process your email address, message and any names, contact details or attachments you provide to handle your enquiry. The legal basis for enquiries relating to a contract is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other enquiries are handled under Article 6(1)(f); our legitimate interest is responding to incoming requests.

For telephone enquiries, we process the contact details and information about your request that you provide. The purposes and legal bases above, and the retention criteria below, also apply.

We use Gmail for the email addresses listed on this website. The provider in the European Economic Area is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. For communication through Gmail, Google processes messages, attachments and technical communication data under Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Google states that it does not act as our data processor for the consumer version of Gmail.

Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA. Its international data transfer information explains the safeguards used, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention depends on how long the data is needed to handle the enquiry, fulfil a resulting contract, meet legal retention duties or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Once the relevant purpose ends and no further retention obligation applies, the data is to be deleted.

Further information: Google’s privacy policy.

6. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your data, restrict processing and obtain data portability. You can withdraw consent for future processing. Where processing relies on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation.

You may also complain to a data protection authority, particularly in the Member State of your habitual residence or place of work, or where the suspected infringement occurred. In Hesse: The Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
